I was at first disappointed in the recipes. Don't waste your time with this book.. Good arrangements, however there are some editing mistakes/omissions in the individual instrument books.. I considered using the book as a text for Introduction to Horticulture class, as the class covers almost everything in the book. I think it is remarkable, not for the techniques (nothing new), but that cold calling is so highly endorsed by someone who specializes in the high roller client base. Using the strategies in the book I have already lost a few pounds! I have been walking every morning, like the book says to do and it is a great idea, because then it's done right away and I don't have to think about it through out the day. I love this book.
