I knew that would screw me up all year, so I had to buy another one.. Then there's a little Thoreau when he briefs us on what the marshes and the "Suet" mean to him. His story is well told leaving in all the sickening detals and unbelievable hardships of a drug addict and convict. Wow, the sexual tension was off the charts in this book. And I'm intrigued to try a diet I've never tried before.
I really like how the author debunks the misunderstanding that severely limiting calories for a day ("fasting") slows metabolism. Adam Barr writes well. Lonesome George, the last of his kind, is a metaphor. Thank you Judy ~ for writing this amazing literary hallmark!
