This book is packed with practical wisdom and sage advice for the aspiring or early-career film composer. I have read so many Lynne Graham books that I love, but Alexei Drakos is so horrible, I had to stop reading after he laughed and asked Billie how the twins he bedded together rated him sexually. There are only 22 recipes in the entire book -- though almost everything has a very pretty photo, which I know matters to some people.
Perhaps that would be okay if this was the Top 20 German Dishes (for those who are on a mission to cook one or two old family recipes). Idel uses legitimate definitions differing from those I employ (unabridged Websters has both).
