I am an Asian woman myself and I have better things to do than scheme and manipulate my way to a western country by trapping a white guy. This book has been a miracle for me. This is an excellent book. As someone else mentioned, there is really not much in this book at anyone who has any trucking experience will benefit from. I enjoyed reading the book and recommend it to you.. I think American needs to take the time to read what they have to say because we are once again creating this very same kind of experiences for a whole new generation of veterans in Iraq and Afghanistan.
This book started off in the early 1980's as a way for veterans to learn to cope with PTSD through journaling and writing. The author recommends that if you have never done Pilates before, start with the second trimester workout, even if you are in your first trimester. Just when we think got it figured out, a new twist is thrown at us.
As I've stated, this is a fast moving book and is hard
