**The full-length second book in T. S. Joyce's new Bears Fur Hire series.**Lena Rhodes is a professional at running from reality. Life is a lot easier when she is throwing everything she has into being a nature photographer for an elite outdoor magazine. And now, she is on her biggest assignment yet: Alaskan brown bears. She's been training for years for this opportunity, but the growly, sexy outdoor guide charged with taking her to the bears is turning her world on its axis. She had everything figured out. Soon the connection between Charlie and Ethan grows and Ethan promises to `provide' everything she needs, but what Charlie really wants from Ethan, what she really needs from him is the one thing she can't ask for.

Ethan is a great hero and Brook does a terrific job of giving him the feel of being from another time. Before reading Demon Night I just couldn't imagine 'cowboy' guardian Drifter, who was a very minor character in Demon Moon, being a very interesting leading man. Delving into a world that by some is concidered "taboo" or "weird" this book breaks down those walls and judements in an extremely honest, open, informative way. This is definitely one of my favorite books!. I finished this book reminded that living and working in space is a complex, multifaceted endeavor that defies simple analysis. Jenner and Lena's story was awesome. Perhaps he really was writing only for the non-programmer crowd (but I doubt it).. I have enjoyed this book so very much like the first
