These stories are inspiring and they helped me to have a deeper understanding about the time period. Things slow a bit at the end of the volume, as the background of Exaxxion is explained, but the set up is in place for what looks like a major battle royal coming up in the next volume.

There are 52 pages of 'information' which can be found on the internet. I recommend all of this authors books. There's one for John Lennon, Jim Morrison, Bob Dylan, and now Jimi.

Biography: This is not the strongest part of the book. The language used in the book is appropriate for preschool-elementary school children. I thought this book was a great review tool. If you are a photographer, you will also find this valuable as an alternative way of visualizing your own pictures
