I found the first two interesting enough to read, but found the final two not as compelling. I did that with my three pregnancies and it worked great.
My only complaint about the book is that it can be hard to figure out the written directions. I've read a heck of a lot of books on security assessments. The author did a good job of putting his life into historical context. Thanks to this book, I was already following almost all of the dietary recommendations which have been endorsed by the scientific community in recent years. As a user of herbal remedies, I found this book extremely informative. The book came in excellent time and in good condition as offered.
I would purchase again from this party..
