Barry McWilliams was there also, but as the only professional cartoonist to tour the Gulf War theater, his approach was a bit different. Here is his collection of tall tales and humorous stories, illustrated with 115 witty drawings.

I would give this book a five for brevity and content, but backed off one star because I'm no longer able to work out with his stamina and intensity.. A lot of fill.. The examples taken from Quantum Mechanics ,Fractals and General Relativity are quite impressive.But I would expect even more problems taken from the field of Electrodynamics.I think that this book is a"must have" for anyone who's interesting in computational methods for solving basic problems of theoretical physics.. Sure, Linenger comes off as a "right stuff" astronaut: after all, you can't earn a series of degrees and succeed as a military officer, as a physician, and a spacefarer unless you have outstanding qualifications and high self confidence. We need more books that acknowledge that one kind of relationship doesn't work for everyone, and that people can define relationships on their own terms. Well done!.
