Tanya Shields brings into striking juxtaposition a variety of visual and textual examples to examine the intersections between gender, the body, and citizenship.

The post-Soviet period has seen the iron curtain come down, borders open, travel allowed for the first time, and the #1 export from the USA swept across most of the lands (Hollywood productions, music, and culture). We last left off with Maxon utterly devoted to America, Aspen pinning after her and America was finally willing to focus on Maxon. Not only that, but to be related to him! This nicely illustrated, soft cover book tells what it would be like to know Jesus as your Uncle. I was disappointed.. Science vs Religion, evolution vs creation, fact vs faith, these terms are not necessarily mutually exclusionary and all exist together if you can open your mind wide enough to get past the doctrine and dogma of Religion and science.. You could even say our many dozens of organic fruit and nut trees adore Daniel. Many of the quilts are like those seen in our museums and books. Exactly as stated on description. As other reviewers have said this book is quite different. and a lot of mistake
